The Data controller is Medion Electronics Limited ("Medion") 120 Faraday Road, Faraday Park Dorcan, Swindon, Wiltshire SN3 5JF. Medion may from time to time use individuals or companies known as the data processors whom are not employees or agents of Medion, or indeed connected with Medion. However any processing undertaken by such individuals is undertaken subject to a data processing agreement which protects your data ("Data Processors").
Personal data is only collected if you choose to provide it, by you providing your Personal data you will assist us in a) performing our obligations under the contract, b) resolving any problems with our service, c) improving our service offering to you, the following data are saved in log files:

Medion will not disclose your personal data to third parties and we will use all reasonable endeavours to ensure persons authorised by us do not do so without your consent unless;
Medion is legally authorised to do so (for example required for purposes of law enforcement);
Or Medion is disposing of the business or assets of the business to a third party.
The personal data recorded on conclusion of the contract and during the term of the contract will only be processed and used to supply the products or services which you have requested, insofar as they are required for bilateral performance of the contract or for other purposes for which you have given your consent.
You are entitled to obtain information about all your personal data on our records, to check that these data are correct, and to amend them if they are out of date or incorrect in your view. A note to this effect sent to the contact address given in the publishing details will suffice.
If you have given your consent to use personal data, you are entitled to withdraw said consent at any time with future effect. A note to this effect sent to the contact address given in the publishing details will suffice.
Your inventory data will be deleted at the end of the calendar year following the termination of the contract unless there are statutory requirements dictating the further processing or indeed the storage of the data or if it is explicitly permitted by law or sanctioned by your consent.
The data is not processed in countries outside the EU.
The continual development of the Internet occasionally necessitates amendments to our data protection statement. We reserve the right to make the necessary changes at any time we will inform you accordingly of any changes.
Under the Data Protection Act you have the right to access information held about you. Your right of access can be exercised in accordance with the Data Protection Act. Any access request may be subject to a fee of £10.00 to meet our costs in providing you with details of the information we hold about you.
