Card Paper At A Glance

The Aldi Photos card variants can be ordered with different paper types. You can find an overview of the most important differences here to help you decide which paper type suits you the best.

Digital Printing Paper

The high gloss coating allows the external pages of our digital print paper to shine. The colours of your image appear especially vivid. The interior pages are matt, so you can add your own personal hand-written greeting. The paper has a 300gsm paper thickness for greeting cards and 270gsm for postcards.

Structured Paper

The structured paper has a fine, linear structure. The structure is visible on the front and back and ensures fine haptic characteristics. The structured paper has a 280gsm paper thickness.

Gold Effect Paper

The gold effect gives your photo card a light, metallic shine. The shimmer on the gold effect paper is a real eye-catcher especially for wedding stationery. The paper has a 300gsm paper thickness.
